Chicagopuppy is back in CHICAGO (or Oak Park)!!!!
Tim (a.k.a. Munkee) and Phil (a.k.a. Weasel) have returned to Chicago. Their stint in NY is finally over. They are very happy to be back and will have fond memories of their experiences in NY. They purchased a great 110 year old Victorian in Oak Park and are spending time getting it up to speed. The house has 5 bedrooms, so we have plenty of room for guest. Check out some of the pictures under family album. Included are some pictures from the "Great Chicago Blizzard of 2011!"
Everyone is doing great here. We celebrated Thanksgiving with Phil's parents here in Oak Park and have settled into out normal routine again. The Dogs are happy and doing well, they can't wait until Christmas!
Tim and Phil finished their Dive Master certification last summer (2010) and plan to finish their Instructor certification soon. They just returned from a week of diving in the Lesser Dutch Antilles, WOW, what a trip! Special photo thanks to our friends on the boat, Mark Mathison, Johana Reed, and our Captain - Jean Francois Chabot. Our next trip is planned for Honduras in the winter again
Tim and Phil also are now volunteer divers at the Chicago John G. Shedd Aquarium. It is a great opportunity to dive and share in their love of the underwater world. Maybe we will see you there sometime...
Phil is back with the Chicago Tribune company and Tim is currently looking for a new position in Chicago.
Bosco and Lewis are doing great and they really love the cold weather (and snow) here in chicago. Both seem to be settling into the new house quite well.
So far this in 2011, we have been back to Door County (see pictures under Puppy Ventures) diving in Key Largo, diving in Honduras and diving in the Lesser Dutch Antilles. We gutted the back yard and built a new deck, pavilion, pond and water fall and all new landscaping.
